Biologics Production - Trainee/ Jr. Executive

As an Executive in the Biologics Production Department at Promea, you will have a crucial role in the manufacturing and production of biologic drugs. Your responsibilities will include: - Following the shift schedule and instructions as required. - Timely filling of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) online. - Handling instruments and participating in all unit operations. - Providing support during instrument installation and technical troubleshooting when necessary. - Demonstrating proficiency in safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Controlling and approving visitors as needed. - Monitoring and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance schedules. - Coordinating batch requirements including consumables and raw materials. - Cleaning and maintaining instruments such as BT pump, Peristaltic pump, centrifuge, DF unit, LAFU, vessels, and all skids. - Completing any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
