Biologics Production - Trainee/ Jr. Executive

As an Executive in the Biologics Production Department at Promea, you will be instrumental in the manufacturing and production of biologic drugs. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient and compliant production processes while maintaining high quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and meeting production schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the shift schedule and instructions as required. - Perform timely online filling of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Operate and handle instruments, actively participating in all unit operations. - Provide support during instrument installation and offer technical troubleshooting when needed. - Demonstrate proficiency in safety practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Control and approve visitors as necessary. - Monitor and follow up on preventive maintenance schedules. - Coordinate batch requirements including consumables and raw materials. - Clean and maintain instruments such as BT pump, Peristaltic pump, centrifuge, DF unit, LAFU, vessels, and all skids, along with facility upkeep. - Execute any other tasks assigned by the respective Head of Department.
