At Atos, we’re expanding our Healthcare & Life Sciences team and looking for experienced professionals (8–12 years) to drive the future of bioinformatics, genomics, and clinical data transformation.
Role Description:
✔️ Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Molecular Biology (or related)
✔️ Hands-on expertise in NGS pipelines, variant calling, RNA-seq, GWAS
✔️ Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
✔️ Proficiency with WDL / Nextflow workflow tools
✔️ Familiarity with Docker, Terraform, cloud technologies
✔️ Experience working with genomic & clinical data applications
✔️ Ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
📌 Designation: Consultant / Senior Consultant (multiple positions)
📍 Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai
🕒 Notice Period: Immediate – 60 days
