Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bima Sakhi located in Satna, with some work from home acceptable. The Bima Sakhi will typically be responsible for educating clients about various insurance policies, analyzing clients’ insurance needs, assisting with the selection of suitable insurance plans, and participating in community outreach programs. The Bima Sakhi will also be involved in processing insurance applications, following up on claims, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and pension plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
• Experience in community outreach and customer service
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and data management
• Ability to work independently and flexibly within a hybrid role
• Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
