Role Description (BIM Trainer)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Trainer located in Noida. The BIM Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for employees and clients on the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing training materials, delivering hands-on BIM training, assessing and evaluating trainees' performance, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The BIM Trainer will also need to stay updated with the latest BIM technology advancements and integrate them into the training curriculum.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of latest BIM trends and technology advancements
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
