BIM Trainer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler/Trainer or working on BIM projects (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for teaching.
• Ability to handle classroom queries and adapt training based on audience understanding.
• Certifications from Autodesk or other BIM authorities are a plus.
• Familiarity with clash detection, quantity takeoff, and 4D/5D BIM workflows preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in training fresh graduates or corporate professionals.
• Knowledge of international BIM execution plans and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM360, or other automation/simulation tools.
• Past experience in curriculum development or content creation.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate BIM Trainer to join our team and help train architecture, engineering, and construction professionals in the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies and practices. This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training sessions, workshops, and practical assignments on BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training sessions on BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant platforms.
• Create course material, tutorials, presentations, and assessments tailored to beginners, intermediate, or advanced learners.
• Mentor and guide learners through real-time projects and case studies to enhance practical application.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and BIM standards
• Provide feedback, evaluate trainee progress, and help them improve technical and workflow proficiency.
• Conduct online and offline training sessions as per the assigned schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams and update training content as per industry requirements and software upgrades.

Pay: ₹15,124.55 - ₹35,279.26 per month
