Job Description

JB EVEREST TECHNICAL SERVICES LLP is looking for 4D BIM Specialist to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement 4D BIM models.
Create and maintain detailed drawings and documentation of 4D BIM models.
Conduct quality checks on 4D BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members on 4D BIM tools and techniques.
Develop and implement best practices for 4D BIM modeling and collaboration.
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of 4D BIM projects.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of 4D BIM principles and practices.
Proficiency in 4D BIM software such as Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for 4D BIM modeling.
