Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Senior Architect located on-site in Puducherry. The BIM Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, integrating BIM software into project workflows, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between team members. Daily tasks include creating and modifying architectural designs, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring projects adhere to deadlines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in BIM software and integration with architectural workflows
• Knowledge of Software Development tools used in architectural design
• Strong communication and team coordination skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
