Job Responsibilities:

• Principal Responsibilities:

  Develop detailed models using libraries of parametric or solid objects, and coordinate/manage Revit models.

• Provide

  BIM modeling, design support, and CAD drafting

  .

• Perform various

  quality checks

  on models to validate completeness, alignment with design documents, data accuracy, continuity of systems, and overall model sanity (no duplications, errors, or omissions).

• Follow

  document control practices

  , including maintaining record sets of construction drawings.

• Create

  Revit families

  and

  CAD blocks

  as required.

• Execute work assignments involving specific design elements or CAD drafting as directed by project managers.

• Review all work for

  completeness and accuracy

  before submission.

• Utilize project

  quality control checklists

  and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

• Provide accurate and detailed

  time accounting

  for projects, including weekly descriptions of tasks completed.

• Maintain high standards of

  professional ethics

  .

• Take a

  proactive approach

  toward learning and adopting new digital design tools.

• Exhibit

  excellent communication and collaboration skills

  .

• Possess strong knowledge of

  Revit Architecture

  and content creation for architectural projects.

• Ability to handle

  Architectural BIM modeling, point cloud modeling, shop drawings, BIM coordination

  , and the creation/organization of CAD & BIM content/templates.

• Work independently while managing

  multiple deadlines effectively
