BIM MEP Modeler

Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models of MEP systems using BIM software.

Assist in the creation and management of digital models using BIM software.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements

Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications

Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team

Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progress

Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations

Qualifications

Proven 3-5 experience in MEP modeling using BIM software.

Strong understanding of MEP systems and their design principles.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving, clash resolutions, skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Strong communication and documentation skills
