Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a BIM Modeler, Site Engineer - Civil Finishing, Project InCharge, and Accounting professional. Responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models, overseeing civil finishing activities, coordinating projects, and ensuring accurate accounting for project financials. The position involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes on schedule while maintaining adherence to technical standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and expertise in utilizing tools for creating and managing BIM models.
• Knowledge of Architecture, Construction Drawings, and the ability to interpret and implement detailed project plans.
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring the integration and coordination of these elements in project designs.
• Project management and leadership skills to oversee project schedules, teams, and deliverables effectively.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen for project accounting and ensuring budget alignment.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities to work across engineering and project management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects or a related domain is an added advantage.
