About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with a focus on MEP and steel structures. Whether you’re experienced or a motivated fresher, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and grow within a collaborative team. You will be responsible for creating accurate and coordinated 3D models, aiding in the design and planning of efficient building systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and steel structures.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Assist in clash detection, troubleshooting, and refining models as needed.
• Support documentation and prepare construction-ready plans.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
