Title : Junior Architect With Knowledge of REVIT - BIM (Preferably Male Candidate) No of Openings : 02 Salary : 15,000 – 25,000 Experience : 0-2 years Qualification : B.Arch Location : Kochi Role Summary: As a Junior Architect, you will support our senior architects and project teams in all phases of design and construction. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills while contributing to a variety of projects, from residential and commercial to public spaces. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of architectural designs, including 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and renderings. Work with senior architects on project documentation, including construction drawings and specifications. Collaborate on project design concepts, making adjustments based on client feedback and project needs. Conduct site visits and prepare reports, ensuring project alignment with design specifications. Coordinate with other team members and consultants to support the project’s success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 0-2 years of architectural design experience, preferably in a professional setting with Knowledge in Revit - BIM. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit - BIM , SketchUp, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mind-set. Responsibilities : · Designing and planning architectural projects. · Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements. · Creating detailed drawings using CAD software. · Overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet design specifications. · Researching and incorporating sustainable design principles. · Knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
