Job Description:-

• 3D Model Creation and Management: Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of construction projects using BIM software to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Coordination with Project Teams: Collaborate with engineers to integrate design changes and resolve any conflicts within the BIM models.
• Drawing Production: Generate detailed construction drawings and documentation directly from the BIM models to support project planning and execution.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks of the BIM models to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Revit

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with exposure to residential, structural audits, renewable energy, or industrial projects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
