Key Skills As an electrical CAD designer/draftsman/technician, your expertise will be crucial in various projects including Water, waste water, Utility corridor development/Smart city Infrastructure, and Aviation. Your responsibilities will involve preparing electrical drawings for different design stages such as Single and Key Line Diagrams, Schematic wiring diagrams, Switchyard layouts, Substation Equipment layouts, Cable tray/Cable routing, lighting layouts, and more. Your ability to work in a multidisciplinary design team environment, attention to detail, and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Aecosim, REVIT, and Civil 3D will be essential. Responsibilities You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary project team, following instructions from team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Understanding Safety In Design principles, translating hand drawings into CAD systems, creating work methodologies, and documenting drawings accurately are key aspects of your role. You will be expected to adhere to the company's quality-assured delivery processes and maintain the desired level of quality in your output. Here's what you'll need Minimum Requirements To excel in this role, you should hold a minimum Diploma degree in electrical engineering and possess at least 6-12 years of experience in CAD drafting & 3D Modelling, particularly in Water, waste water, Utility corridor development/Smart city Infrastructure, and Aviation projects.
