We’re Hiring: BIM Modeler (CTB)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and integrate Revit models across multiple disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Set up and maintain BIM templates, model structures, and project folder systems.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and client-specific standards.
• Maintain data integrity, file naming conventions, and documentation accuracy.
• Lead coordination meetings, track model progress, and prepare detailed reports.
• Deliver federated models and coordination outputs as per project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BIM Modeler working on CTB projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
