Job Description – BIM MEP Engineer

Location: Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a BIM MEP Engineer with hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) BIM modeling and coordination. The candidate will work closely with design, coordination, and project teams to deliver high-quality BIM models as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify MEP BIM models using Revit MEP
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and sections
• Perform clash detection & coordination using Navisworks
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines
• Ensure BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project timelines are met
• Assist in quantity take-offs and model-based deliverables
• Support site and project teams with technical clarifications

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP
• Hands-on experience in MEP coordination
• Knowledge of Navisworks Manage
• Good understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
• Familiarity with BIM standards and workflows
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Commercial, Residential, or Industrial projects
• Immediate joiner or short notice period preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
