Job summary

The BIM MEP Engineer will play a critical role in integrating and coordinating MEP systems within residential projects. This position involves creating and managing digital models using BIM software to enhance project efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Model Development: Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems to ensure accurate representation and integration with architectural and structural components.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection exercises and coordinate with other project disciplines to resolve any interference in the design and execution phases.
• MEP Coordination: Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure MEP systems are fully integrated and meet project specifications and standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for MEP models including specifications, schedules, and as-built drawings.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MEP Designer

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in BIM MEP engineering within the residential or related sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software and tools (details unspecified).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
