BIM MEP Engineer

Job Description :-

• BIM Model Development: Develop and manage detailed BIM models for MEP systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.
• MEP Coordination: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to resolve any conflicts in the BIM model, ensuring seamless integration of MEP services.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection exercises using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building components.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to the MEP BIM model, including RFI responses and design change notices.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all MEP BIM models are developed and maintained with high quality and accuracy, following best practices and company standards.
• Software Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in BIM MEP engineering within the relevant industry sectors.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in relevant BIM software tools used for MEP modeling and coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale projects
• Familiarity with advanced BIM processes and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
