BIM Engineer MEP

As an experienced MEP Design Engineer at Advenser in Kochi, India, you will be responsible for completing projects within specified timelines, troubleshooting effectively, and delivering optimal results. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with multitasking abilities to consistently meet deadlines and produce quality work. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proven experience in MEP design and implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively in a team environment and interact positively with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Team Lead in diverse BIM projects, creating 3D models of MEP services at different levels of development, conducting point cloud to BIM conversion, Revit family creation, and Builders work drawings. You will be expected to perform self-quality checks and generate drawings to meet customer requirements, guiding trainees as a supportive team member, and working effectively under pressure while maintaining balance. Additionally, you will need to capture new growth opportunities with confidence, assist in clash detection, and contribute to the success of the projects. To qualify for this role, you should have a Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects. Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous, and proficiency in Revit & Navisworks Manage software is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to work as a team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
