About the Role:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities (varied based on role level and experience):

• BIM Coordinators (7-9 years experience preferred):

  Lead BIM coordination efforts for Architectural and Structural models. Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Conduct regular clash detection and resolution meetings. Ensure inter-disciplinary model integrity and adherence to project standards. Mentor junior

  modelers

• Senior Architectural / Structural BIM Modelers (5-7 years experience):

  Develop complex 3D BIM models for architectural and/or structural elements. Take ownership of model sections, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to advanced project requirements. Generate detailed 2D construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Assist in resolving complex modeling challenges and may mentor junior

  modelers

• Architectural / Structural BIM Modelers (3-5 years experience):

  Create detailed 3D BIM models for architectural and/or structural elements based on design specifications and drawings. Generate accurate 2D construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs. Ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards.

• All roles:

  Participate in BIM coordination meetings. Provide necessary support to project

  teams

  for BIM-related tasks. Maintain consistency and quality across all BIM deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

• For BIM Modelers (3-5 years experience):

  Proven hands-on experience in BIM modeling for Architectural and/or Structural projects.

• For Senior BIM Modelers (5-7 years experience):

  Demonstrated experience in advanced BIM modeling, complex project involvement, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

• For BIM Coordinator (7-9 years’ experience preferred):

  Strong experience in BIM coordination, clash detection using software like

  Navisworks

  , and managing BIM workflows.
• Proficiency in BIM software:

  Revit Architecture and/or Revit Structure is essential.

  Expertise in Navisworks for coordination is a key advantage, particularly for Coordinator

  roles

• Strong understanding of architectural and/or structural drafting principles and relevant building codes.
• Ability to interpret design intent and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
