About the Role:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities (varied based on role level and experience):

• BIM Manager/Coordinators:

  Lead BIM execution plans, manage BIM workflows, ensure data integrity, perform inter-disciplinary model coordination and clash detection, and mentor junior team members. (Candidates for Manager/Coordinator roles typically have 7+ years of progressive BIM experience).

• Senior MEPF BIM Engineers (5-7 years experience):

  Develop complex BIM models for Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing), Electrical, or ELV systems. Perform system design coordination, ensure model accuracy, and adhere to project standards. Collaborate effectively with other disciplines.

• MEPF BIM Modelers (3-5 years experience):

  Create detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and ELV systems. Generate construction documentation from models and support coordination efforts.

• All roles:

  Adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards. Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a relevant engineering discipline.

• For Modelers/Senior Engineers (3-7 years experience):

  Proven hands-on experience in BIM modeling and drafting for MEPF systems.

• For BIM Coordinator/Manager (7-10+ years experience preferred):

  Strong leadership experience in BIM coordination, project delivery, workflow management, and team oversight.
• Proficiency in BIM software:

  Revit MEP is essential.

  Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or other relevant BIM/design tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of MEPF system design principles and relevant building codes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and produce engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
