Job Description

Analyze the given input and assist in developing 3D Revit models under supervision. Support the creation of basic architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, floors and ceilings. Prepare and update 2D views and sheets (plans, elevations, sections, details) derived from architectural/structural models. Learn and follow internal BIM standards, family templates, and modelling protocols. Apply naming conventions, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and view templates as per project requirements. Assist in producing architectural/structural drawings, schedules, and sheet annotations for project submissions. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure model coordination and avoid clashes. Utilize Revit Architecture tools for documentation, model updates, and drawing output.

Additional Skills:

Should be able to work understand the given input from client and analyze the required document and create the 3D model adhering to the BIM standards. A strong knowledge of Revit is essential, with the ability to use the software independently.
