Hiring: BIM Coordinator (MEP / Architecture / Structure)

Location: Pathanamthitta, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 5 years

We’re looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator with solid experience in MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines to join our growing team in Pathanamthitta. Candidates with prior UAE high-rise project experience will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage BIM models across MEP, Architecture, and Structure teams

Handle Revit model development, clash detection, and coordination reviews

Maintain BIM standards, documentation, and version control

Support design and site teams with accurate, up-to-date models

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or Architecture

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination

Proven track record with UAE high-rise or large-scale building projects

Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Candidate:

Kerala native looking to settle and build a long-term career in Pathanamthitta
