Job Description

Architectural Visualization Expertise

Lead the production of accurate and visually compelling architectural visualizations using BIM-based workflows.

Translate architectural designs and construction models into renderings, walkthroughs, and real-time experiences.

Leverage BIM tools (Revit, SketchUp) and visualization engines (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, TwinMotion) to deliver high-impact visuals.

Ensure architectural fidelity and design intent are maintained across all visual outputs.

Stay informed on visualization trends and emerging technologies to enhance output quality and workflow efficiency.

Team Leadership Technical Oversight

Mentor and guide a team of visualization artists and junior BIM professionals.

Review work for quality control, consistency, and alignment with project goals.

Assign tasks and manage resource allocation for concurrent projects.

Facilitate team learning through training sessions, best practice sharing, and innovation pilots.

Support performance reviews and contribute to recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Collaboration Client Interaction

Coordinate with US-based design, construction, and VDC teams to understand project needs and visualization goals.

Serve as a liaison between the visualization team and project stakeholders.

Participate in design coordination meetings and present visualization deliverables as needed.

Communicate progress, expectations, and technical feedback effectively across global teams.

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a strong portfolio of architectural visualizations.

Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, SketchUp , Navisworks.

Hands-on experience with rendering tools: Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, TwinMotion , 3DS Max.

Experience with real-time rendering platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a strong plus.

Sound understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work within a collaborative team structure.

Experience working with global teams and/or international clients is desirable.
