BIM Architect (GFC & Modelling)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Architect with expertise in Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and 3D modelling for residential high-rise building projects. The role involves developing accurate and coordinated architectural BIM models in Revit, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage architectural BIM models for high-rise residential projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare GFC drawings, detailed layouts, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.
• Ensure architectural deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and company guidelines.
• Coordinate models with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure clash-free integration.
• Support clash detection and resolution through Navisworks or similar tools.
• Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries for architectural elements.
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and documentation processes.
• Mentor junior architects/modelers on GFC and BIM workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural BIM modeling for residential high-rise projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) – mandatory.
• Experience in preparing GFC drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape (preferred).
• Familiarity with international building codes and BIM standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
