Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Building Information Modeling to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models across various project stages.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Create detailed construction drawings, 3D visualizations, and parametric components.
• Implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Support project coordination through clash detection and design validation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper (preferred).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documents, and coordination workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Minimum [X years] of experience in BIM-based architecture projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
