Billing/Contract Manager

As a Quantity Surveyor with 5-7 years of experience in the field and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering, your role will involve managing quantity surveying, tenders, and contracts for assigned projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Quantity take off from drawings - Preparation of BOQ for all disciplines - Cost planning and assisting the Client in obtaining approval - Supporting the preparation of project budgets - Cost estimation for each stage of Design & Construction - Pre-qualifying vendors for various aspects of work - Preparation of tender documents and conditions - Running the tender process and on-boarding vendors - Arranging kick-off meetings and handing over vendors/packages to the construction team - Monitoring other commercial aspects of the contract including invoicing, cost monitoring, and providing inputs for bank guarantees and insurance policies - Detailed checking of measurements, analysis of rates and quantities - Reviewing and verifying Contractors Bill and Variations - Project cost control and maintaining records - Tracking budgets and preparing monthly cash flow statements In addition to the above, you should have 5-7 years of experience with exposure to Bill certification in Construction projects.
