Billing Supervisor

You should have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Billing Administration processes on SAP. Your role as a Billing Supervisor will involve performing analysis and audits on costs, chargeability, office performance, analytics, and reporting to support margin performance and sales competitiveness. You will be responsible for managing and tracking project plans, following up with project managers on notes, changes, and approvals. Additionally, you will need to run the SAC dashboard for chargeability and billability approval, generate a burn report upon approval by the project manager, launch Preliminary Billing Report (PBR) and load it into SAP's BPP for project managers to edit, finalize, and approve. Generating monthly customer invoices and sending them to customers via email or mail through SAP is also part of your responsibilities. Team handling experience is a must-have for this role, and you should be willing to work on US projects.
