Job Description: We are a home improvement distribution company looking for a Billing & Office Assistant to support day-to-day office and billing operations. This is a stable, process-based role suited for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and documents. Key Responsibilities: Prepare Sales Orders (SO) based on confirmed orders Generate Invoices and Credit Notes accurately Maintain billing records and customer documentation Coordinate with sales team and warehouse for order processing Prepare basic daily and weekly reports Ensure data accuracy in accounting / ERP software Requirements:Age: 20 to 28 years Education: B.Com / BBA (Commerce background preferred) Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers willing to learn are welcome) Basic knowledge of billing and GST Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (Zoho / Tally preferred) Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes Other Details: Female candidates preferred Candidates living nearby will be given preference Full-time, office-based role Fixed working hours, Sunday off
