About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in charge posting, payment posting, AR follow-up, eligibility verification, and payer communications.

Key Responsibilities

Manage medical billing operations for Family Practice and multiple specialties.
Perform eligibility and benefits verification for patients.
Handle charge posting to various payers including Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payers.
Execute cash/payment posting accurately and on time.
Manage pre-authorization processes and verify authorizations.
Prepare, review, and submit claims; manage appeals and perform reconciliations.
Ensure accurate coding and billing practices in coordination with coding and clinical teams.
Track reimbursement trends and highlight discrepancies or payment delays.
Handle Month-End Close activities.
Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) and Aging Analysis across all payer types.
Manage EFT/ERA enrollments through clearinghouses.
