Job Title: Billing Staff – Hotel Location: Ernakulam, Kerala Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Gender: Male candidates only Work Type: Shift-based (Rotational Shifts) Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Staff to join our team at a reputed hotel in Ernakulam. The candidate should have strong numerical skills, familiarity with billing software, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process customer bills accurately Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions Maintain billing records and generate daily reports Coordinate with reception, kitchen, and service staff to ensure accurate billing Respond to billing-related customer queries professionally Ensure proper entry of GST and tax details on invoices Support front office operations during off-peak hours Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; diploma/degree in commerce or hotel management preferred Prior experience in hotel billing or front office is an advantage Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing software (e.g., POS systems) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays) Only male candidates are eligible for this role Benefits: Competitive salary package Shift allowance (if applicable) Meals during duty hours Opportunities for internal growth Supportive and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift UK shift Work Location: In person
