Billing Executive – Panchkula Office

About the Role:
MITS Group of Companies is hiring for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle billing and invoicing tasks at our Panchkula office. The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and be familiar with Marg Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage invoices using Marg Software accurately and on time
• Keep proper records of all billing transactions
• Follow company billing policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to resolve billing issues
• Handle customer queries or discrepancies in invoices
• Help prepare billing and financial reports
• Track payments and reconcile outstanding amounts
• Support audits and maintain all required documentation

Requirements

• Experience: More than 1 year in billing/invoicing (preferably in pharma & marg software)
• Software: Knowledge of Marg Software
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and pharma billing standards
• Education: Graduate (B.Com or similar preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
