Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in billing operations and should possess basic proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
Ensure billing data is correct and up to date
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations) to resolve discrepancies
Maintain records of all billing transactions
Track accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments
Generate billing reports using Excel and internal systems
Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts-related roles
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data entry)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Educational Qualification: B.Com, BBA, or any relevant degree preferred

Preferred Skills:

Experience with billing software or ERP systems
Knowledge of GST, TDS, or other tax compliance (optional)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
