Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive . This role is crucial for ensuring accurate billing processes, handling payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting smooth clinic operations. You will work closely with the receptionist and the clinic team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate bills/invoices for clients accurately and promptly.
• Process various types of payments (cash, card, UPI, online transfers).
• Verify treatment or service details with beauticians/therapists before billing.
• Maintain and update client billing records, balances, and follow-up on pending payments.
• Manage daily cash flow, close balance reports, and submit reconciliations to management.
• Coordinate with the reception team for appointment-related billing clarifications.
• Handle client queries or concerns related to charges and payments.
• Assist in maintaining proper inventory reports for billing purposes when needed.

✅ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance is a plus.
• Proven experience in a billing, cashier, or accounts assistant role (preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry).
• Basic knowledge of billing software or POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and organized with a proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
