Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. As a Receptionist, you will provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks, and create a positive impression of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting clients, and assigned beauticians on their arrival.
• Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email.
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
• Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in, Front Desk Representative, or similar role are a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
