Job Description

Generate and send out invoices to clients promptly. Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries. Maintain accurate billing records and update account information. Prepare periodic billing reports and financial statements. Assist in month-end closing activities related to billing. Creating and dispatching invoices to clients. Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on overdue payments. Maintaining billing records and transaction logs. Coordinating with the finance department for account reconciliation. Preparing reports for management on billing status. Ensuring tax compliance and supporting audit processes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Billing: 2 years (Preferred) Accounts: 1 year (Preferred) System Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Thrissur, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
