Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Billing & Estimation Engineer to join our team in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will oversee the billing process and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing Process Management: Manage the end-to-end billing process for all construction projects, ensuring all documentation aligns with contractual agreements.
• Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive cost estimates that include all relevant factors such as materials, labor, and equipment for each phase of the project.
• Contractual Compliance: Ensure that billing and estimation align with contract specifications and industry standards.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all billing and estimation activities, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordination with Project Teams: Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to gather necessary data for precise estimation and billing.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients to clarify billing queries and provide cost breakdowns when necessary.
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: Government building project 3-7 years of experience as a Billing & Estimation Engineer in the industrial sector.
• Education: Diploma or relevant Degree in a Civil-related field with specialization in 'Other Civil Related Diploma'.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical skills for precise estimation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with site-based roles
• Proficiency in industry-specific estimation software
