Billing Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA-bills, abstract sheets, final measurement bills, and BOQs for civil and MEP work.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, bar bending schedules (BBS), and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Manage project budgets, client and vendor billing, and maintain detailed billing documentation.
• Prepare RERA reports and billing details for occupancy certificates.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams for cost information and billing accuracy.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project costs and billing status.

Project Experience:

• Residential: RCC & finishing works of G+14 structures (conventional) and G+2 Aluform/post-tensioned slab systems.
• Commercial: Billing for basement and G+7 structures.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong knowledge of IS codes, contract terms, and drawing interpretation.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and

  High-rise Kanixx ERP (mandatory)

  systems.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in billing, cost estimation, and project documentation.

Preferred Candidate:

• 37 years of experience in billing, cost estimation, and contract management for civil construction projects.
  
• Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, and commercial/residential project billing is mandatory.
  
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Highrise Kanixx ERP systems for estimation and billing purposes . (mandotory)
  
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of maintaining accurate billing records and documentation.
  
• Familiarity with RERA reporting and occupancy certificate billing is a plus.
