*Roles and Responsibilities*:
Bill Preparation:Prepare and submit monthly progress (RA) bills accurately and on time for high-rise projects. Quantity Estimation:Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and estimate extra items not included in the original contract. Reconciliation:Reconcile material statements to ensure accuracy and control costs. Cost Analysis:Conduct detailed cost analysis of project expenses and maintain billing records. Coordination:Work closely with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely billing. Contract Management:Understand and manage contract terms and conditions related to billing and payment.
