Job Description:

Aturia Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Billing Engineer cum Quality Engineer (Civil) to join our growing team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of client billing, quantity surveying, and quality control processes in civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:Billing:

• Preparation of client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills.
• Verification of quantities from drawings, BOQ, and site execution reports.
• Preparing RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordination with site teams and project managers to ensure accurate billing.

Quality:

• Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections for materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
• Perform and verify material testing (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.).
• Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for quality approvals and inspections.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
• Understanding of BOQ, contracts, and drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
