Billing Engineer - civil

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review client bills, RA bills, and subcontractor bills as per work progress.
• Verify quantities from drawings and site measurements.
• Coordinate with the site team to track work completion and material usage.
• Ensure all bills are supported with proper documentation — measurement sheets, work orders, and approvals.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and update quantities as per project changes.
• Maintain and update records of work orders, invoices, and payment status.
• Reconcile subcontractor and client accounts periodically.
• Support budget preparation and assist in project cost control.
• Coordinate with accounts for timely billing and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and company billing policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction billing (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
• Software Knowledge: MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and rate analysis.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in measurement and billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
