Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimating quantities, and verifying contractor billing for construction projects. You will be required to conduct rate analysis, quantity estimation, and cost estimation, as well as create bar bending schedules and RA bills. Additionally, you will need to verify subcontractor billing, perform material reconciliation, ensure compliance with IS codes, and cross-check bills against contracts. To excel in this role, you should possess 5-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. Civil. A strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying principles, and construction contracts is essential. Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is preferred, along with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems. This is a full-time position that requires your presence at the work location in person.,
