Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palwal for a Billing Collections Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing billing and collections processes and ensuring adherence to company policies and financial goals. Responsibilities include timely tracking and follow-up on payments, managing client accounts and collections strategies, maintaining accurate records, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing financial reports. Collaboration with other departments to enhance overall financial operations and support business objectives is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections management expertise
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Data Analysis
• Strong skills in Customer Communication and Relationship Management
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking
• Experience with Invoice Processing, Budgeting, and Financial Systems
• Familiarity with supply chain or logistics industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CMA will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
