The role involves overseeing and managing billing and collections processes and ensuring adherence to company policies and financial goals. Responsibilities include timely tracking and follow-up on payments, managing client accounts and collections strategies, maintaining accurate records, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing financial reports. Collaboration with other departments to enhance overall financial operations and support business objectives is also a key aspect of this role.
