About the Role

Dial Medcare is seeking a dedicated and organized Billing and Dispatch Manager to join our team in Kalyan. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will be the heart of our operations—ensuring that our medical services are dispatched efficiently and that all billing records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch Management: Coordinate and assign medical staff or transport units to various locations promptly.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate accurate bills for services rendered and maintain clear financial records.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, medical staff, and management.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of daily dispatches, patient information, and payment statuses.
• Problem Solving: Handle scheduling conflicts or urgent service requests with a calm and professional demeanor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in billing, dispatch, or office administration (Healthcare experience is a plus).
• Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English proficiency is preferred.
• Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Kalyan.

Shift & Schedule

• 8-hour fixed shift.
• Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
