Bill Of Quantity Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Civil Engineer – BOQ to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities for various construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, material estimation, and cost control.

• Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings, specifications, and project scope.
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment costs for civil construction works.
• Work closely with the planning, design, and procurement teams to ensure accurate quantities.
• Update BOQ during design revisions or project changes.
• Analyze rates and assist in preparing cost estimates for tenders and bids.
• Track project progress and report cost variances compared to initial estimates.
• Assist in verifying contractor/vendor bills against actual work done.
• Support the site team in identifying material requirements and planning purchases.
• Strong understanding of civil construction materials and methods.
• Experience in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Quantity Takeoff tools (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam).

Experience: 3+ years (Must have Real Estate background)
