Bidding & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Bidding & Lead Generation Specialist to grow our digital marketing and web designing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting them into long-term clients., and online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and web designs.
• Generate leads via email, social outreach, networking, and bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Manage and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development role in digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience with online bidding and client acquisition via freelancing platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of web/mobile development is a plus.
• Ability to handle international clients and work independently.
