You will be a Bidding Executive at Softtrix Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing IT and Digital Marketing company based in Mohali. Your main responsibilities will include: - Generating business through online platforms like Upwork. - Writing effective proposals for SEO, Digital Marketing, and PPC projects. - Maintaining strong client communication and handling project discussions. - Identifying client requirements and collaborating with internal teams for project execution. - Managing leads, follow-ups, and converting them into successful deals. - Building long-term professional relationships with international clients. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 12 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork, mainly in SEO, PPC & Digital Marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services. - Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
