Your Role
As a Biddable Lead
, you will own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across key client accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, lead a team of performance specialists, and drive efficiency, scale, and innovation across biddable platforms.This role requires a strong balance of hands-on platform expertise, strategic thinking, and client-facing leadership
.Core Responsibilities
Biddable Media Strategy & Ownership
Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, and other biddable platforms.Build full-funnel performance frameworks aligned to business and marketing objectives.Define KPIs, media mix, budget allocation, and optimization roadmaps.Client Servicing & Strategic Partnership
Act as the primary performance marketing point of contact for key clients.Lead client conversations, reviews, performance discussions, and strategic recommendations.Translate client business challenges into scalable paid media solutions.Build long-term client trust through strong performance outcomes and communication.Campaign Execution & Optimization
Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms.Drive improvements across CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and scale metrics.Ensure best practices in audience targeting, creatives testing, bidding strategies, and landing page alignment.Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and mentor a team of performance managers and executives.Set clear goals, review performance, and upskill team members on platforms and strategy.Ensure process discipline, documentation, and quality governance.Data, Reporting & Insights
Review performance dashboards and reports (GA4, platform dashboards, Data Studio, etc.).Provide actionable insights, learnings, and forward-looking recommendations.Work closely with analytics and tech teams on tracking, attribution, and measurement.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative, content, SEO, and account management teams to drive integrated performance.Guide creative teams on performance-led creative requirements and testing frameworks.Innovation & Growth
Stay updated with platform changes, automation, AI-led solutions, and beta opportunities.Identify growth opportunities across new formats, platforms, and audience strategies.Support new business pitches with performance strategy and media planning inputs.Who We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.Experience
812 years of hands-on experience in biddable media/performance marketing.Strong agency background with direct client-facing responsibilities.Experience managing large budgets and multiple client accounts.Core Competencies
Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and performance ecosystemsStrong understanding of attribution, funnels, and conversion optimizationExcellent client communication and presentation skillsProven team leadership and stakeholder managementAnalytical, data-driven mindset with business acumen
